The second oldest of the group, and a mid second gen, they were built while things were still peaceful, and is therefore the only one of the bunch aside from BFutSS to not be completly rushed. But due to being constantly overworked by his citizen, extensive damage was done to his systems to a point where he stands about the same as the gen 3s.
